As
part of the Training and Support team of Electronic and Computer
Services, I provide computer software training and support for faculty and staff in the College of Engineering. In addition to conducting regularly scheduled training sessions, I assist with one-to-one software issues and questions within the College. I maintain and enhance the ECS Training web content, including the "Show Me" Video Clips and the "Test My Knowledge" Quizzes. I develop print documentation for software utilized within the College, and provide support for College Computer Committees. |
