Technical Assistance:

If you need assistance during normal business hours, please contact your Departmental Technical Contact. If necessary, you can contact a member of the support team directly by phone or email.  In situations where timing is critical and you are unable to reach your Departmental Technical Contact or a member of the support team, you can leave a message on the Support Hotline: 3-3741.  The system will page the support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
